• Please view the college’s academic calendar for additional information.
• Ensure you are seeking information about the college or for an official CCC event prior to submitting this form.
• Do not submit this form if the information you are seeking relates to an event taking place at the college that is not a CCC event. Other organizations rent space on our campuses for their events. However, they are not CCC events.
