    "Island Soldier" Documentary Screening for AANHPI Heritage Month

    Tuesday, May 6, 5:30-6:30 p.m. | Oregon City campus, McLoughlin Auditorium

    In recognition of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month, the Clackamas Community College's (CCC) Cougar Leadership, Education, & Advocacy for Progress (LEAP) Office, in collaboration with CCC's Veteran's Services is hosting a documentary screening of Island Soldier, a film directed by Nathan Finch. This is the untold story of Micronesian soldiers fighting for their piece of the "American Dream" and the future of a small island nation.

    This event is free and open for all community members to attend. Registration is required for entry.
